Bourbon Glazed Chicken Drumsticks
12 Drumsticks
2 tbsp of bourbon or Tennessee whiskey.
1 tsp of unsalted butter.
¾ cup of brown sugar
Salt
Pepper
- Combine brown sugar ½ cup of water in saucepan and bring to a boil
- Add bourbon and butter -cook until syrupy
- Season drumsticks with salt and pepper
- Grill drumsticks for 4 minutes, remove from Mike’s Vertical Grill and brush on whiskey syrup
