This is one of my favorite recipes since it really only has two ingredients.
4 Chicken Breasts
At least 1 cup of light caesar salad dressing (enough to cover the chicken when marinating in a sealed plastic bag)
- Pound each chicken breast with the flat part of a meat pounder (I like to pound the chicken flat for more even cooking, but this isn’t a necessary step)
- Add the chicken to a gallon ziploc bag, and then cover with light caesar salad dressing
- Allow chicken to sit for at least 30 minutes
- Grill chicken for 10 minutes, then serve
