(This recipe will make approx. eight ¼ lb burgers)
2 lbs of ground chuck
1 cup of finely diced yellow (Vidalia) onions
1 tsp of garlic paste
2 tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
- Mix together the ground chuck, onions, garlic paste, and Worcestershire sauce
- Separate the hamburger mix into 8 patties
- Use Mike’s Vertical Grill to cook the burger patties to your desired level of doneness
